The meeting will originate from Arkansas Development Finance Authority, #1 Commerce Way, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202 in the Central High/Old Mill Meeting Room located on the 2nd floor. If attending in person, please be aware that seating is limited due to COVID restrictions and be prepared to show a photo I.D. and wear a face covering to enter the building.
