NOTICE 

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the State Banking Board is scheduled for Thursday, October 20, 2022. The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Arkansas Department of Commerce, 1 Commerce Way, Little Rock, Arkansas.

The Board will hear the following items of business:

1.     An application for the conversion of Relyance Bank, National Association, White Hall, Jefferson County, Arkansas, to become a state-chartered bank to be known as Relyance Bank, White Hall, Jefferson County, Arkansas.

2.     Any other business, which may properly be brought before the Board.
